Beginners Yoga Workshop

Join me for an exclusive Beginners Yoga workshop. If you are new to Yoga or want to go back to basics, this is the perfect opportunity. Improve your flexibility and strength, help you to have a strong mindful start to the year. Two hour workshop which will give you the tools you need to begin your Yoga journey, focusing on breathing techniques, alignment and relaxation allowing you to leave the workshop feeling empowered and inspired.
What to expect:
A warm welcome and introduction to the practice of Yoga.
Introducing the breath and how it is used in Yoga.
Breaking down sun salutations and basic foundation postures focusing on alignment.
Putting knowledge into practice and completing a Yoga flow focusing on stretching and strengthening the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and core.
Ending with meditation and relaxation techniques.
No previous Yoga experience is required, modifications and variations of poses will be offered, go with the flow, take it at your own pace. Expect a little partner work.
Bring a bottle of water, a Yoga mat and wear comfortable workout clothing.
