YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE

HOW CAN YOU BENEFIT?

I am a strong believer that Yoga is for everyone.  My classes target people who want to develop their flexibility, strength, core stability, balance, coordination, posture, fitness, circulatory health, overall mindfulness and de-stress.  My classes also support people who suffer from depression, anxiety and low energy. 

I have a keen interest in teaching students who practice specific sports; for example rugby, boxing, running etc.  Yoga has been proven to help them develop their athletic ability and focus. 

 

FINDING YOUR OWN YOGA PATHWAY

I like to direct my students to focus on the breath constantly and to be mindful throughout their Yoga practice. This allows them to improve respiration and allows relaxation.

I would like my students to understand and feel the full benefits of Yoga and students are encouraged to find their own Yoga pathway. 

I sometimes like to offer a small element of Yoga spirituality and anatomy.  People often start by having an interest in the physical practice of Yoga and go on to develop an interest for the origins.
