WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
Yoga Sequencing Workshop
Sunday 2nd June 10:30-12:30am
This two hour workshop is dedicated to Yoga students who want to develop a deeper understanding of Vinyasa flow sequencing, who want to delve deeper into crafting more creative and maybe less repetitive sequences and start to develop the tools for a deeper home practice, whilst interweaving mindfulness.
What to expect:
• The foundations of a class/practice, focusing on structure.
• The energetics of alignment: key sequencing, anatomy in Vinyasa.
• Origins of flow: fluidity, focus and creating conditions that generate strength, openness, ease and calm in the body and mind.
• Building themes and skilfully introducing peak postures.
• Creativity: finding the source that makes it all fun.
This workshop is open to all levels, some Yoga experience is required, go with the flow and come with a creative and open mind. Expect a little partner work.
Bring a bottle of water, a Yoga mat (please let me know if you need to borrow one) and wear comfortable workout clothing.
